The
2,037 sq ft villa is located
on possibly the best plot of a select development called Indian Ridge overlooking a grassy area containing
a "Sacred Indian Tree" (I was told this by the previous owner, you
can believe it if you wish). As it is built on a plot which extends onto the grassy area there are no other
houses overlooking it enabling you to bathe in out 30' swimming pool, relax on the sun beds or even enjoy
a meal by the pool, cooked on our gas barbecue, in complete privacy.
Indian Ridge is located
only four miles from the entrance to Disney World and forms the ideal base for your holiday as, when
the afternoon temperature soars, you can return to cool down in the pool or relax in the fully air-conditioned
villa. Then later, when the temperature falls, you can return to the theme parks to enjoy the spectacular
illuminated parades and fireworks display

There are four luxuriously appointed bedrooms
and, with double sofa beds in the family and living rooms, there is lots of
room for ten people (plus one infant). All bedrooms, the family room and living
room have just been equipped with new furniture (the family room now has a
leather curved sofa for up to ten people). There are two spacious bathrooms each containing bath and shower, one of
which is en-suite to the master bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. A
crib and high chair are provided at no extra cost. The property is beautifully furnished and equipped to a high
standard and has a separate laundry room. There are three TVs, one in
each of the living rooms and one in the master bedroom. The main living room
has DVD and video, the second has video only.
The swimming pool is solar heated and is nice and cosy (depending on
weather conditions) from Spring until Autumn and you can order additional electric heating if required during the winter months.
This is charged
at $150 per week. The pool enclosure is south facing for maximum sunshine and
is much larger than average with lots of room for sunbathing and is not
overlooked by neighbours giving maximum privacy. There is also a covered lanai
inside of the screened area with table and chairs allowing meals to be eaten
out of doors; especially nice when barbequing in the evening or breakfasting in
the cool of the morning. A gas barbecue is provided which can be
used inside the screened area to prevent insect bites.
With year
round sun you don't have to restrict your vacation to the summer, in fact many people find that they prefer
the cooler seasons of the year. Other advantages of the low season are shorter
queues in the parks, cheaper airfares
and lower rents.
